Challenge

Freight forwarders struggled with slow, manual quoting, causing delays and lost opportunities.

Wisor.ai set out to change that. The challenge was to build a platform that could bring automation, intelligence, and real-time visibility to one of the most complex and traditional industries in the world, without overwhelming users or disrupting their existing workflows.

As the sole product designer at Wisor.ai, I led the entire design process, from early discovery to final handoff. I set product-wide design principles, ensuring our solutions evolved with the business. In a fast-paced environment, I balanced hands-on design with strategic alignment, making user needs central to the product’s growth

Solution

We built Wisor Ignite to reduce this friction. I focused on making the assistant’s interface seamless, so emails turn into quote drafts in seconds.

My Role in the Design Process

My Role in the Design Process

As Lead Product Designer, I defined the end-to-end flow of how users interact with Ignite, from receiving a quote request to sending a finalized offer. I designed the embedded inbox layout and side panel AI assistant, focusing on clarity, trust, and speed. The interface mirrors familiar email patterns but introduces intelligent automation through micro-interactions, real time AI feedback, and consistent visual hierarchy. Through iterative prototyping, user testing, and collaboration with product and engineering, we delivered a seamless experience that cut quoting time by over 80% and made Wisor Ignite one of Wisor’s most impactful releases.
